COFETEL type approval certificate is mandatory before selling YOUR products in mexico.

LOCAL REPRESENTATION

Only Mexican companies may receive COFETEL type approvals or electric safety NOM certificates.

PRODUCT SAFETY NOM CERTIFICATION

The Mexican electric safety NOM certificate is the only legal document accepted in Mexico.


We have more than 20 years helping our customers to obtain certifications and approvals in Mexico for Electric, Telecommunications and IT Products. Our test lab is approved by the Federal Telecommunications Commission (COFETEL) and the Mexican Accreditation Entity (EMA).


	Safety NOM Certificates are valid for one year and must be renewed annually. RF certificates are also valid for one year but, you can request a permanent certificate after the first renewal.
